Introducing the chef

You may be familiar with Noi from her time as head chef and co-owner of Suko Thai Restaurant in Cooroy. She and husband Steve ran the restaurant for three years before deciding to move on to new ventures. Noi had previously worked as a chef at various Thai restaurants in Australia since 2003, and before that had extensive cooking experience working in her native Thailand.
